ABOUT OUR GRAPPLING CLASSES
Age Groups 6-17.
Structured classes with curriculum designed to take you or your child from a beginner level to an intermediate level competitor skill set in the sport of Submission Grappling. Instruction is composed of select techniques from the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Folk Style Wrestling, Sambo and Judo, taught in a safe and effective manner to maximize proficiency in the least amount of time possible.
During the course of Submission 101, each student will develop their own strategy, or “game” as is referred to in the sport, to engage their competition, take the match to the ground, and effectively control their opponent. After the completion of Submission 101, each student, no matter where they are starting from in experience, will be an athlete. Learn more about our class options below.
We train twice weekly for one tuition. Class Times are Wednesdays @ 7 and Thursdays @ 5.
PRICING
Our class pricing is easy and straightforward. Please take a look at the information below and contact us for additional details or with questions.
$35/year
Registration is required for all students and is applied toward our program system that keps track of all active students.
$75/month
Monthly tuition provide for one (1) weekly class. You may sign up for additional classes or opt into Unlimited Classes for $100/month. Fitness classes are not included with Unlimited Tuition.
PRIVATE LESSONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to start at the beginning of the year?
You do NOT need to start tumble classes at the beginning of the year.
Do I pay less is there are less than 8 classes in a month?
Tuition is only prorated on initial sign-ups. Tuition is based on a monthly service. If there is less than 8 scheduled classes in the month, than an open-gym will be provided. Months that provide more than 8 classes will not inflate monthly tuition.
